For parents of kids with food allergies or celiac disease, every meal is an exam you can’t afford to fail. Reading every label and prepping every ingredient. It’s exhausting, stressful, and sometimes feels impossible.
I know this because I lived it.
For over a decade, I packed gluten-free, allergen-safe lunches for my daughter—every school day, every road trip, every camp. I saw firsthand how isolating food allergies can be and how hard parents have to work just to make lunch safe.
So, I decided to change the game.

Meet Nunches
After a decade of creating healthy and fun ready-to-eat, gluten-free lunches for my daughter to bring to school, camp, the beach, a friend’s house, on road trips, or anywhere else our busy family traveled, I decided to make these allergen-friendly lunches accessible to everyone, anywhere!
Nunches are always gluten free and always call out allergens so they’re safe, convenient and ready when you need them!
Finally, caregivers can take a break from packing allergen-friendly lunches! It’s all in the box–just grab and go!
Since our launch in 2024, we’ve made gluten free and allergen free lunches available for tens of thousands of children in schools, camps, and at home.
